PUBLIC SALE STRUCTURE
Phase #1
Once the whitelist confirmation ends on 24th October at 16:00 UTC, those who are whitelisted will be provided the FantomStarter Public Sale IDO pool for FS token.
The 1st phase of FantomStarter’s Public Sale of FS tokens starts on October 25th, 2021 at 16:00 UTC. This investment phase will end on the 31st of October at 16:00 UTC.
This phase is not first-come-first-serve. You don’t have to hurry as it won’t close before the end date.
Phase #2
Due to the confirmed whitelist being less than the initial whitelist spots made available (456 spots). FantomStarter is releasing a second investment round to the Public Sale. This second phase of FantomStarter’s Public Sale of FS tokens will be FCFS.
So if you have completed your KYC, whitelisting will start on the 26th of October at 16:00 UTC and ends on the 31st of October at 16:00 UTC. The investment phase for users whitelisted in the FCFS IDO pool will end on November 2nd at 16:00 UTC.

SpookySwap will be FantomStarter’s first Decentralized Exchange. Their liquidity pool is *concentrated, which is strategically beneficial for our users. Moving forward, we will be listing our token on many more exchanges. So stay tuned!

FantomStarter tokens will be available for purchase with USDC, and you need FTM to pay minimal fees. There’s no maximum or minimum amount of tokens for purchasers. However, watch out for the price slippage and an increase of your purchase cost, if you are swapping a substantial amount once the token is listed on Spookyswap.

Q1. Is the 1st Investment Phase FCFS (First Come First Serve)?
No, the 1st Investment Phase can be filled between 25th October 16:00 UTC and 31st October 16:00 UTC, ONLY if you have confirmed your whitelist spot.
Q2. Is the 2nd Investment Phase FCFS (First Come First Serve)?
Yes. Registering your interest starts on 26th October and ends on 31st October.
Q3. How much can I invest in the 2nd Investment Phase?
Every user who has been KYC approved with Fractal and who has confirmed his whitelist on the platform is eligible for a 250 USDC allocation.
Keep in mind you can't get your KYC approved if you are a resident of the United States, China, North Korea or any jurisdictions where sanctions are in place include the Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Philippines, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
Q4. How much is the total allocation in the 2nd phase?
This will depend on how many whitelist spots are leftover at the end of the 1st phase. Example: If 300 users participated successfully in the 1st phase, that means there are remaining 156 whitelist spots left (out of 456 spots). Those 156 whitelist spots will be allocated to the 2nd phase for FCFS.
Q5. I have invested in the 1st Investment Phase, can I still participate in the 2nd Investment Phase?
No, you can’t. 1 ID = 1 whitelist spot.
Q6. What if I have less than 250 USDC in my Fantom wallet, can I still participate?
No, you will need to have more than 250 USDC in your Fantom wallet to participate. The smart contract is built to accept only the given amount, no less, no more. If your wallet has more than 250 USDC then you’re good to go!
Q7. How to connect to the Fantom Opera network?
Go to chainlist.org, search the network: Fantom Opera, and click ‘Connect Wallet’ then ‘Add To Metamask’ et Voila! you’ve added the Fantom Opera network!
Q8. I am currently whitelisted. And I also have enough 250 USDC — Fantom Opera. So what is the gas fee when buying $FS tokens?
Transactions are cheap on Fantom. So you won’t need many FTM, 0.1 FTM will be enough for more than 10 transactions.
Q9. How many total whitelist spots are there, and how much is FS Public Sale raising?
456 whitelist spots are available for grabs. For a total of 114,000 raised in USDC.
Q10. When will Airdrop Happen?
Airdrop will happen 32 days after TGE.
Q11. What happens to the 2nd Investment phase if the 1st Investment Phase is filled with 456 users?
The 2nd Investment phase will be canceled if all 456 users in the 1st phase successfully participate.
Q12. How to get USDC in Fantom Network?
You can either swap on SpookySwap or Bridge it if you already have it available.
